Nosotros is a nine-piece, horn-drenched Latin music powerhouse that seamlessly combines rock, salsa, jazz and cumbia. The Santa Fe-based ensemble, easily one of the most popular bands in New Mexico, has recorded a handful of smoking records, including 2006’s Llena La Alma, engineered by Grammy-winning engineer Doug Geist. The song “Hermosa” was named as a finalist in the prestigious John Lennon Song Writing Competition. For their self-titled 2003 release, they teamed with percussionist/producer Chris Trujillo (Tom Petty, Black Crowes, Rod Stewart), which won many music industry awards in the Latin category. Nosotros recently released its highly anticipated fifth album, Ver El Sol.
