Tulsa Latin Style is a traditional 12-piece Latin jazz and salsa ensemble under the direction of bandleader Ramon Rivera Serrano and conguero Phillip Poitras. Members hail from Puerto Rico, Peru, Cuba, Mexico and the US, and the ensemble explores many regions and styles, including salsa, samba and bossa nova. Thanks to Bank of Oklahoma for sponsoring the day’s activities.
